Glacier Cooling Balm

In the old stories, Skaði walked out of the sea-giant's hall and chose the ice and the high peaks for herself. This tin is hers: a bracing glacier-mint balm built for the moment you drop the pack. Peppermint and eucalyptus open cold on the skin, juniper berry carries the clean conifer finish, and the tallow-and-beeswax base means it massages in slow instead of flashing off. Work it into calves, arches and the neck line after summer mileage, or swipe the temples when the afternoon heat sits heavy. Cold on the skin, warm on the shelf — it never needs the fridge.
- Peppermint and eucalyptus deliver an immediate cooling wave
- Juniper berry — the clean, dry scent of subarctic scrubland
- Massages in slow from the tallow base, never sticky
- 2 oz tin with the Highland Line sketch portrait and Vegvísir mark

The tallow standard
SKADI is poured on locally sourced grass-fed beef tallow — leaf and kidney suet from Similkameen and Nicola valley ranches, wet-rendered twice, salt-washed and filtered to 25 micron. It is sebum-identical, carries vitamins A, D, E and K2 in their native fat, and it is the majority of the batch by weight in every salve, stick and roller we make.
