The product story
Pollen traps only run for short windows in the morning, and never long enough to cost the colony what it needs. What we take is hand-sorted on trays, dried low, and jarred while the colour is still bright — ochre, plum, saffron, sage. Every micro-lot reads like a calendar page of what was blooming on the bench that week.
