Two formats. Blitz prices.
Every jar comes from the 2026 harvest — coarse-screened, never heated, bare glass with a harvest note and our seal. Steppers set your count; the reserve form at the bottom holds your honey.

1 kg Jar
1 kg net (≈ 2.2 lb) · Glass jar, bare glass
A full kilo in one jar. Coarse-screened, never heated, straight from the 2026 harvest. The blitz price is well under shelf — it only exists while this harvest lasts.

3 kg Pail
3 kg net · Food-grade pail with handle
The pantry format. Best value in the blitz — decant into your own jars, bake with it, or keep it on the shelf and work straight from the pail.
January 2027
Twelve local hives go up for adoption.
The Family Hive is a year of twelve 500 ml jars, your name painted on your hive box, Sunday in the Hives visits and a certificate of adoption — at $250 for the year. The only way to guarantee next year's jars is to be on that list, and blitz customers get first call.

- Where do I pick up, and can you deliver?
- Pick up at Mark's home in Delta or at the Princeton yard, or we bring it to you — delivery is free in the Princeton area and free in Delta and the surrounding area. Princeton-area delivery runs October 15–16; Delta-area delivery is one run on Sunday, October 18.
- How much is there?
- A limited harvest — roughly two hundred and fifty pounds, packed in 1 kg jars and 3 kg pails. We don't post exact counts; when it's gone, the page closes.
- When do I pay?
- At order. Your confirmation email gives the total and the e-transfer details. Your honey comes off the limited stock once the transfer arrives. Nothing is owing at pickup or delivery.
- Why is the blitz price lower than shelf?
- This honey leaves the honey house in bulk, hand to hand, before it ever reaches a market table. You're buying at the yard — so the price reflects that.
- Why is there no label on the jar?
- Our honey goes hand to hand. The glass stays clear so you see the honey exactly as the bees left it, and every jar comes with a harvest note and our seal.
- Can I get on the list for next year's honey?
- Yes — that's what the January Adopt-a-Hive program is for. Blitz customers get first call before the list opens to everyone.
