The product story
This is not blended honey. Every jar comes off one apiary on the Similkameen bench, pulled in one season, coarse-screened and jarred without heat. Alfalfa gives it the body, knapweed the spice, wild clover the finish. It will crystallize on your shelf — that's the proof it was never cooked. Warm the jar in water, never in a microwave, and it comes right back.
